I'm so glad you got the candied salmon nuggets. Those are my tradition to get every time I visit Granville Island. That and visiting Dragonspace. I grew up going there every year for my birthday 🥰

Many supermarkets a round coastal BC carry a range of candied or double smoked salmon, the candied salmon is good to just snack on, but the double smoked, either chopped or flaked can be added to a light cream sauce, which is delicious over pasta – I imagine you could do the same over a baked potato or similar too?
