Düsseldorf, a city in the western part of Germany, is a beautiful place to be, especially in summer. This video walk was filmed on a not too warm day in July 2022. The city is a regional hub for banking, advertising, fashion, shopping and also for Japanese culture. It offers an large amount of cultural variety, numerous shopping and leisure options and also an spectactular nightlife that should not be missed. Here I am walking closely to the Königsallee shopping boulevard to the recently opened KÖ-Bogen II area and then head to Little Tokyo, which is near the main station, where this tour ends. The Königsallee boulevard is famous for both the landscaped canal that runs along its center, as well as for the fashion showrooms and luxury retail stores located along its sides. Many visitors to Germany are only opting to explore the bigger urban hotspots of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Cologne. But this beautiful and enchanting city is more than deserving of attention. Düsseldorf also houses the largest Japanese community in Germany and one of the largest in Europe. Many locals, business people, manga fans, otakus and food lovers from all over the world come together here to enjoy cultural events like the annual Japan Tag or Japanese Ramen noodle soup, Sushi, Sake with Altbier. Turn on the closed captions (CC) to see subtitles with background information about the city & the area.

This 4K video vlog was recorded with high definition binaural audio in 60FPS.

  1. ❤Only for fans over 18 year⤵️ Alles sehr schön.

  3. A fantastic walk video this afternoon summer season 2022. Beautiful day dusseldorf Germany sunshine 👍 ☀️ 🇩🇪

  6. Haps if u find time, u cud film a walkthrough in nearby Meerbusch and Kaiserswerth. Also a filmthrough the big graveyards to the east and south of Düsseldorf. Haps the university grounds and abodes wud be good too. Lastly, some ‘walkfilm’ of Oberkassel/Lorrick on the otherside of the Düssel Rhine. Thanks.

  7. My city so boring lol. Has about half the population of Düsseldorf. Downtown filled with homeless people and methheads so nobody really wants to be there, plus nothing to look at, other than the riverbank trails. No art, no sense of community and engagement. Cars and trucks and SUVs.
    Love from Canada

  8. Downtown areas or the center of a city is always beautiful. Nice video you put together.

  9. Hat mir Spaß gemacht! 🙂
War bestimmt 20 – 30 Jahre nicht mehr in Düsseldorf.
    Grüße aus Rheinland-Pfalz.🙋🏻‍♀️

  11. I visited Dusseldorf many years ago when I was in the Army and loved the city. Looking at these videos now there seem to be many changes which make it look even better.
