Hawaii Travel Restrictions (Current Hawaii Mandates) September 2021 Update

In this video I had talked about Hawaii Travel Restrictions and current Hawaii Mandates in the update of September 2021.

Since the last 3 weeks Governor Ige had requested travelers not to visit Hawaii. Because of the surge of Delta Variant cases the medical facilities are highly under pressure.

So to control the situation Governor had imposed some fresh restrictions to avoid lockdown in Hawaii.

According to new rules Restaurants have to operate in 50 % capacity. Public gathering are limited to 10 people inside and 25 people outside.

Wedding and concerts had been cancelled. According to doctor Wong, there are a lot of people affected by delta variant.

So its advisable to avoid Hawaii as your next travel destination. However if you still choose to enter Hawaii then you have to signup for Hawaii Safe Travels Program.

If vaccinated, then you have to upload the certificate to the safe travels program and also have to carry it with yourself. Or you have to show covid negative test report 72 hours before entering Hawaii.

And they only accept the NAAT test from their Trusted traveling partners.

And from September 13 they are applying Vaccine Passport also known as Safe Access program where you will have to show your vaccination proof or negative report test taken 42 hours before entering Gym, Restaurants and clubs.
