We’re nearing the end of our Cook Islands travels, so for this Rarotonga vlog we’re mixing things up – here’s some unique things to do! 🎬 Learn how to edit video with Dane — https://danegerandstacey.com/video-editing ⬇ More Below ⬇

Welcome back to the Cook Islands, it’s our 6th vlog in this series and only one more to go from Rarotonga – man, what a holiday it’s been! There’s plenty of things to do in Rarotonga, but understandably a lot of the activities, tours and things to do end up being the same just recycled. Like we mention in the video, that’s to be expected and we love laxxing in amazing accommodation, exploring the island, snorkelling, visiting the night markets, tasting the food and touring the lagoon — BUT there is so much more!

So for this trip back to Rarotonga we really wanted to pick a few unique things to do, finding some activities that may not be on everyones to do list or at the top of the tours to book. What we found were 3 epic adventures we wanted to share.

Check out the sea scooter safari with Ariki Adventures here — https://arikiadventures.rezdy.com/236189/turtle-sea-scooter-safari

Hang out with locals and crack into an island buffet here — https://cookislandstours.co.ck/experiences/progressive-dinner/

Stand up paddle board, catch a sunset, race some crabs and watch a fire show with KiteSUP here — https://www.kitesup.co/night-paddle

We were hosted by Cook Islands Tourism to assist in making this travel series in Aitutaki and Rarotonga, but as always we have full editorial control over what we film, what we say, and how we share the experience with you in these vlogs. 1. Really enjoying your videos on the Cook Islands. Apart from the people who welcome you as friends. The dogs and cats are beautiful also. This is a great series I don't want to see come to an end. Thank you.

  2. Hi Dane & Stacey, what an incredible destination once again. Definitely one for the bucket list 😌. After all these years traveling, do you guys have any recap video or some sort of ranking of all the destinations you’ve been so far? Would love to see your perspective! Cheers

  3. I was so impressed by your fire baton twirling Dane, I'd have been far too chicken to give it a try. The LED SUP's looked brilliant. I've still never tried a SUP before but on a lagoon that gentle, it looks amazing! The local tour was also lovely to watch. I feel like you guys should try using Air BnB and staying with a local in their home a try. Similar atmosphere but without the bus load of tourists tagging along with you. The turtles in the opening activity were amazing, I could just hear the turtles from Finding Nemo. Looking forward to the hike in the next one! 🥾❤️🥾

  4. Thanks guys for sharing your tips. Can't wait the watch Ep. 7 from Rarotonga! I love your channel. Glad you can travel. Stay safe and have fun. Cheers 🥥🥥 🧔

  5. It just gets better and better. A stunning series guys. It's so precious to stay with locals and enjoy their slice of life. Touring the turtles underwater is an experience you'll never forget. Harriet and i
can't say enough about you guys. You guys are the best. Please send us some pictures of Nalu through our e-mail. She is so precious. We will take some pictures of Yuki. Sending you lots of love💖💖💖 Harriet, Jim and Yuki. Richmond. Va.

  6. Wauw that was some spread of food they layed on for you 😱😜 looked stunning
Eek Dane with that Fire baton. But very impressed😜,the underwater footage was Beautiful the turtles
Sure could camouflage them self in the Rocks .
Looking Forward to your next video take care cuddle for Nalu 🥰

  7. Swimming with sea turtles in Barbados is one of my best experiences ever. Especially because we were on a small boat and the operator made sure we didn’t touch them, that was important to me. We’ve seen them released back into the wild after rehabilitation and seeing them in their element was amazing.
