We visited the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy as a day trip from Florence and spent a full day exploring. We visited a Parmigiano-Reggiano factory, explored the city of Modena, learned how balsamic vinegar was made, and visited a winery! It was a delicious day wondering vineyards and cobblestone street towns.

I'm not Italian but I feel like this videos sums up the essence of Italy haha the cheese, the wine, the pizza and ice cream – seeing that cheese process though, amazing!! Such hard work and it's amazing how you got to taste such old cheese too. Wonderful video!!
