We visited the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy as a day trip from Florence and spent a full day exploring. We visited a Parmigiano-Reggiano factory, explored the city of Modena, learned how balsamic vinegar was made, and visited a winery! It was a delicious day wondering vineyards and cobblestone street towns.

  1. The Parmigiano-Reggiano factory looked like an amazing experience!! And your lunch looked incredible. We're hungry now lol

  2. I'm not Italian but I feel like this videos sums up the essence of Italy haha the cheese, the wine, the pizza and ice cream – seeing that cheese process though, amazing!! Such hard work and it's amazing how you got to taste such old cheese too. Wonderful video!!

  3. another great video with great content you have here. very informative too, and something I learned just now, about the sound that is produced when the encasing of the cheese wheel is hit by the mallet, and what they do with it, poor cheese lol! btw, awesome shot at 1:41. we love the Italian landscape, and the food, that we kept going back there 3 times so far, this was before we started our channel. If given the chance, we would love to follow your food tour. thank you Garret and Laurin, and have a great weekend!
