I’m from Japan and tried Singapore’s most popular ramen restaurant. The owner is probably the most famous Japanese guy in Singapore. His name is Keisuke Takeda, the founder of Keisuke Ramen which has over 10 outlets in Singapore.I got an opportunity to have a chat with him and asked his struggles and joy of doing ramen business in Singapore, and his overall perspective of living here.
