We visited Akita Prefecture to explore this wonderful snowy prefecture. There was so much stuff to see! Akita Prefecture does not get much hype which I think is a shame as this prefecture is literally like straight out of a fairytale. We got to experience farm life, played in the snow, cooked local cuisine and got to connect with so many kind people. If you ever have a chance to visit Akita, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
