I noticed this place going back after Seaside walk. It’s a special Christmas event at Tokyo City Keiba (Horse running). Tickets price is a bit expensive – 1000 yen. You can see sparkling trees, a fountain light show, tunnel of light, several interactive projections with Tokyo map and fishes. And rice fields illumination is very nice too.
