An informative video talking about the benefits of getting a Japan Rail (JR) Pass unlimited ride ticket.

JR Rail Passes are available in 7, 14, and 21 day increments and range in price from ~$270 to $550 USD. These passes allow unlimited rides on all JR trains up to the Express Shinkansen (bullet) trains called Hikari and Sakura (Nozomi and Mizuho super express not available with a JR Pass).
