Headed out with Dimitri, a local cycling legend based in Nagasaki. He showed me a route starting in Kashima, Saga, before riding through the Onsen town of Ureshino. We went through the mountains, dodging flood debris, snakes and wild boars to meet up with the beautiful coastline of Omura, Nagasaki. Before finally heading back in land through the famous pottery towns of Arita in Saga.
