#5 Reasons to visit Peace Park Hiroshima #visit peace park #peace park museum

There are only two places on earth where a city was hit by an atomic. Those are in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan.

The first city hit by a nuclear bomb was Hiroshima, Japan on August 6th, 1945 at 8:15 AM.

Devastation and thoughts that the city would never be livable loomed. But reconstruction happened and Hiroshima was rebuilt. Over 75 years later, you can see much of the history leading up to the war, the bombing, and post war all in the Peace Memorial Park and it’s Museum here in Peace Memorial Park.

With countless monuments to see in the park to many victims and stories from survivors it is a place you truly would benefit from visiting at least once in your life.

Join us today as we list 5 of the many reasons to visit Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima.
