Episode 12. We continue our road trip up the Batavia Coast to Kalbarri one of Western Australia’s most beautiful areas. We leave the most photographed lake in Australia known as Hutt Lagoon and drive up to the rugged coastline of Kalbarri. These sandstone cliffs plunge more than a 100 metres down to the ocean. We enjoy the day exploring and enjoying the 8km one way Bigurda trail. The trail provides stunning coastal views with great photo opportunities along the way while you can watch the marine life below including the migrating Humpback whales. The next day we make our way out too one of the most spectacular parks in Western Australia the Kalbarri National Park to see the stunning inland gorges along the Murchison River to the most iconic natural attraction – Nature’s Window. We survive the fly’s and heat and finally make our way to Z-Bend which boasts one of the most breathtaking views of the park.
