LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva vowed to rid Venice Beach Los Angeles boardwalk of the homeless population by the 4th of July, causing possible inter departmental rivalry between The Sheriff’s department, The City Council and LAPD.
So far we’ve been witnessing park rangers incrementally clearing the North End of the boardwalk.
