《天麩羅処 ひらお 本店》

もはや地元民で知らない人はいないというくらいの有名店。
とにもかくにも、”早い、安い、うまい”の三拍子そろった超人気店は、平日休日問わず大混雑の行列必至。
揚げたてサクサクの天ぷらの美味しさが抜群なのは言うまでもないが、何よりも”ひらおフリーク”が一様にうまい！と声高に叫ぶのがイカの塩辛。
天ぷらが提供されるまでの間に、ごはん、味噌汁、イカの塩辛が提供されるのだが、もはや天ぷらの到着までにごはんを残せるのか危ういほど。
むさぼる、あるいはかき込むという表現が似合うほどの庶民に愛された味わいは、上品な天ぷら店とは一線を画したファーストフード的な福岡の文化と言えます。
