The Gotemba Line (御殿場線, Gotemba-sen) is a railway line in Japan operated by the Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central). It connects Kōzu Station in Odawara to Numazu via Gotemba.
Getting to Mt.Fuji
In the regular year, buses operate between Gotemba Station and the Gotemba 5th Station daily during the climbing season and on weekends and public holidays from mid May through October; however, in 2021 the buses are running only during the climbing season from July 10 until September 10. The one way journey takes about 40 minutes and costs 1130 yen. A round trip ticket is available for 1570 yen.
