The Land of the Rising Sun š¾š
This silhouetted Torii Gate can be found at Hachiman Nada Shrine in Oita Prefecture. Every morning, as it looks out into the Iyo-nada Sea, it meets the rising sun, a simply staggering sight. The beaches nearby are made of pristine white sand, but the Torii Gate is the majestic star of the show.
