Today, I’ll be showing you what it’s like under the State of Emergency in another Otaku mecca: Ikebukuro.
The anime and manga related stores in Ikebukuro are mostly for women’s content and operate in the vicinity of Otome Road.
Unlike Akihabara, there were very few people.
There were hardly any customers at Otome Road, and not a single person was exchanging goods at Naka-Ikebukuro Park.
