I could not imagine that such a grand mountain can hide so well. I could spot it only on my 5th trip to Japan! Weather makes a huge difference in this as weal as the season. The top of the mountain almost always has a clouds over it. Japan is an island and the weather can change instantly and unexpectedly. Even if you standing by the mountain, you can accidentally miss this beauty.
This video was filmed from Shinkansen high speed bullet train when we were heading from Kyoto to Tokyo. Therefore, once you’ll be booking your seats in Shinkansen for this trip, make sure to get them towards the left window 😉
