As you may know, the cherry blossoms in Japan bloom at different times. While Tokyo cherry blossom trees start to bloom at the end of March, Sakura flowers in Atami appear in February!

If you travel to Japan during this period, make sure to visit Atami! The best spot to admire Sakura in Atami is in Itogawa. Here’s the Google Maps link:

After walking along the river, we will head to Atami Sun Beach. Enjoy the sea view! I recorded this video just before sunset and the colours of the sky were so beautiful! 🌅
