In this video, we will introduce to you some of the unique and beautiful Japanese cultures in a very popular tourist destination, Kamakura.
⭐️What we did:
– Wearing a Kimono (a Japanese traditional garment and a national dress of Japan)
– Taking a rickshaw tour
– Learning a tea ceremony
at Yufutei
⭐️Where we went:
– Tsurugaoka Hachimangu
We did Chinowa Kuguri (The tradition of walking through and around a large grass “chinowa” hoop in a figure eight is a part of summer purification rites. It’s meant to cleanse any impurities from the first half of the year and pray for sound health through the second half.)
– Bamboo forest at Eishoji
– The Great Buddha at Kotokuin
