What I do and the travel oportunities it provides is very easy to get into. It requires no relevant education or experience. Really, anyone can land a position.
I decided at the beginning of 2017 to start this channel to document my work/travel lifestyle and show how I’v come to make it all possible.
My name is Collin. Im a travelling winemaker currently making a living working seasonally in the northern and southern hemispheres throughout the year. Primarily New Zealand, Australia and Canada. I spend roughly 4 months a year travelling to different destinations around the world when i’m not working in one of these countries.
I have been solo-travelling overseas since 2013. I left for my first backpacking trip just before my 25th birthday in December of 2013. I headed to Paris with a flight home 6 weeks later from Istanbul. I crossed France into Switzerland, where I spent Christmas in the Alps. I passed through Austria and all the typical hot-spots across Italy before Flying to Greece and Turkey. I was hooked. I knew I had to pursue a life that allowed me to travel.
Hopefully this channel will help inspire others who would like to travel long term but are unsure how to make it possible.
