The IOC President said: “(The athletes) will fall in love with Tokyo” after visiting the Olympic Stadium and Athletes’ Village.
In his first visit to Tokyo since the outbreak of COVID-19, President Bach was convinced by the Tokyo 2020 organisers that the games could be held in front of a “reasonable number of spectators”.
