【浜松グルメ】1時間半並んだ、昭和47年創業の浜松餃子の名店で食べて飲む【喜慕里】Drinking and Eating at Gyoza Restaurant. ,Hamamatsu Japan.

名古屋大須在住の与作です。浜松市南区増楽町にある「喜慕里」さんに行ってきました。浜松は全国的に有名な餃子消費量日本一の街で市内の至る所に餃子専門店があります。こちらのお店は昭和47年創業の老舗の浜松餃子の専門店です。土日となれば常に行列の絶えない大人気店でこの日も1時間半並びました。

私は浜松に住んだ事があり、こちらのお店は何度か行った事があります。このお店の餃子はパリパリに焼いた薄皮で浜松餃子らしいキャベツなどの野菜中心の餡を包んでいるのが特徴。餃子はもちろん美味しかったですがついでに頼んだ味噌ラーメンが絶品でした。懐かしいあっさり味の味噌が本当に美味しい。

I’m Yosaku who lives in Osu, Nagoya. I went to “Kibori” in Zora-cho, Minami-ku, Hamamatsu City. Hamamatsu is a city famous for consuming the largest amount of gyoza in Japan, and you can find gyoza specialty restaurants all over the city. This is a long-established restaurant specializing in Hamamatsu gyoza, founded in 1972. On weekends, people are always waiting in line for gyoza.

I have lived in Hamamatsu and have been to this restaurant several times. Their gyoza is made with crispy thin crusts and wrapped with a vegetable-based filling, such as cabbage, which is typical of Hamamatsu gyoza. The gyoza is delicious, of course, but the miso ramen that I ordered afterwards was superb. The light, nostalgic taste of miso is really good.
