Basically, mine turned wider and significantly shorter (roughly half the desired height I’m assuming). There’s several ideas on why this is, but one of the main ones is the size of the loaf pan. The recipe calls for a 22 cm pan, but mine is 23.5 cm. I don’t know the width of the pan they use, but that is a significant part of this recipe I think. Mine is 13.3 cm.
So I’m here to ask what is the most common width for a 22 cm length bread pan in Japan? I want to buy a bread pan as close to this size as possible.
