Mt. Takao is one of the most popular recreational areas in Tokyo, although an hour from the central parts of town, it’s still within the city limits of this massive metropolis. In this video I start at Keio Takaosanguchi station, the station closest to the hiking trails that leads up to the peak. From there, I walk all the way to the peak of this humble mountain, without taking the lift or cable car on my way up.

Clocking in at over one hour, this is my longest video walkl so far. Let me know what you think about this. Are longer videos better? Or do you prefer shorter more bite-sized cuts of the most interesting parts?

Filmed in June 2018, with a LG G20 (Wide Angle Lens) mounted on a DJI Osmo Mobile 2.
