salt to taste
red chilly powder-1.5 tsp
lemon juice- 5 tsp
turmeric powder-3/4 tsp

SECOND MARINATION,
Thick/hung yoghurt – 1.5 cup
red chilly powder – 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
coriander-cumin powder – 1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
lemon juice – 2 tsp
tandoori masala – 2 tsp
black pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
OLIVE oil – 4 tbsp
Pinches of food colour(OPTIONAL)
