The Disneyland phased reopening process of theme parks is coming soon. After no authorization was given by the state of California for a July 17 phased reopening date, Disneyland had to cancel their reopening plans for theme parks and push their plan out yet again as they await final approval from state authorities. Planning a trip in the middle of such uncertainty, especially when so much has already been declared to be restricted or eliminated when the theme parks reopen, is a very difficult thing to do.
