Kumejima doesn’t only provide you with whites and stunning beaches but also delicious locally grown food seaweeds that they export over entire Japan and are considered best in the whole country. we are very lucky to be taken on a tour and observe through the window of such producers. we get to go to the seafood market and even try very fresh tuna fish sashimi. almost playing with goat babies although I must say I was apprehensive๐คฃ because they have those spiky horns and I once almost got kicked to death by a zebra in Africa. Kumejima is so far my most favorite Okinawan Island and I’m so thankful to the owners of guesthouse Minshuku AMIMOTO for taking me on this tour of Treasures.
