Instead of a wedding gift registry, we asked for donations to help us eat our way through Japan. Nathaniel and I journeyed from Tokyo to Fukuoka – it was so special to think of friends and family as we devoured each bowl of ramen, piece of sashimi, 7-Eleven snack, and so many memorable meals.
Of course there were days and moments I didn’t film – like an intimate tea ceremony, our katana lesson from a samurai master, and making friends in an underground reggae bar. But here’s everything I did film (spoiler alert: it’s mostly food).
