My participation to James Matthews’ #JMSPINSHOTCHALLENGE using for the first time the SIRUI 50mm F1.8 Anamorphic 1.33X Lens. I just thought the scene with a box spinning was lacking of something and that box was something that was lying nearby around…
For this James Matthews’ spin shot challenge, I needed quite a bit of space for the object to spin and had to find a good way to spin long enough for me to shoot the scene afterward. I just put some led light over my desk and chair to create the light needed for the background. The vertical oval bokeh from the SIRUI lens is simply sublime. To think that this anamorphic lens is only selling 699$ is a steal ! Stay tune for more information about this lens.
