Catch of the day! 🐟🌸 You can only find these pink taiyaki in Kawazu during a special time — the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival! While most are filled with typical red bean paste, some stalls offer unique flavours like custard cream or chestnut. The annual festival takes place along the Kawazu River, which is lined by with lush rows of early-blossoming cherry trees stretching approximately 4km. Held from mid-February to mid-March, although most of us missed it this year, now you have something to mark in your calendars and look forward to when you’re next able to visit Japan! 📷 Captured by @juliexjapan. #VisitJapanAU #Cuisine
