Aizu-ya main shop. Located in the corner of the street near station Tamade, this is an old school takoyaki shop. It’s Established in 1933.

There’s a small space where you can have your takoyakis inside. Or you can just take it out. There’s a variety of menu and there’s many autographs on the wall.

The takoyaki chef makes each takoyaki carefully on the big iron takoyaki plate.
Right now he’s cooking the normal takoyaki, and the egg takoyaki, and the dashi, or broth takoyaki. Also his staff helps from all directions too. The takoyakis here are small and soft. There’s no sauce like the usual takoyaki you know. It’s a slight soy sauce flavor, and the simple but delicious taste will surely make you want to come back.
