IAFOR was proud to be a gold level sponsor of the ACCJ Chubu chapter’s half-day summit titled, “Diversity in the Workplace: Broadening Culture and Empowering Women.” Held at the Westin Nagoya Castle Hotel on 23 October, the summit bought together around 130 delegates for discussions and presentations featuring today’s leaders in Japanese business, government and education.

The summit sought to share best practice, greater cross-cultural understanding, and strategies for real positive change in the working lives of career woman and their role in society as well as generally build further knowledge, diversity and inclusiveness in the Japanese workplace.
