We failed to buy bus tickets from Toyama to Tokyo in advance and had to take the train instead. We opted for the Hokuriku Shinkansen also known as the Japanese bullet train. The journey was smooth, and we made it to Tokyo in about 2 hours later. Great experience, and now our Tokyo adventure begins! Enjoy.
