Chicken Fillet Nanban Teishoku – first-time making, because a coworker sold a pack (10pcs) of chicken fillet to me
-chicken fillet, pan-fried and briefly soaked in nanban sauce
-homemade tartar sauce – hard-boiled eggs,, lemon juice & zest, onions, salt, pepper, parsley, non-JP mayo (leftover, so i did not buy Kewpie for now)
-rice
-roughly chopped cabbage
-extra homemade nanban sauce – soy sauce, vinegar, sugar (went harder on vinegar and sugar because Silver Swan is saltier than JP soy sauces)
-sinigang soup (leftover, so i used this instead of making miso soup for now)
-RC cola

pics 3-4: doused with more nanban sauce
pics 5-6: inspiration/reference (Karayama PH branch)
