JAPAN (8 DAYS ITINERARY) DAY 5
“The Thrilling Day”
The story of a lonewolf with 2 couples exploring the land of the rising sun for the first time. April is a good month to visit Japan because of the good weather and of course the Sakura. Throughout the journey, we’ve visited a lot of places where I would breakdown the VLOG into daily parts which would consist of the details of the itinerary.
DAY 5
KAWAGUCHIKO! The place where I found my temporary heaven and this is the favourite day of all during my 8 days in Japan.
On the day 5 we checked out from our Nakano Airbnb to move our souls to Kawaguchiko. By taking the bus for at least 2 hours of journey from Shibuya Bus Terminal.
The first impression of the Kawaguchiko that amazed me was the Mount Fuji in a closer look on my right side. We are literally just at the bottom of the mountain. Not just that, when I turn my sight to the left, OMG! ROLLER COASTER! Those tall roller coasters there are like 5 of them. I got so excited and happy just like a kid who got candies for the first time.
It was still very early in the morning and of course with lesser crowd. We get our track to the first roller coaster which is also the highest in Fuji-Q-Highland.
I was feeling nervous yet excited. At the peak of the ride was filled with stunning view of the Mount Fuji and then bhushhhh. I scream for the whole 3 mins. Yes it is a 3 mins ride!
Right after we’re done, we were trying to gain back our souls and get to the others rides. Apart from the rides, I love the haunted house. It’s a big building with ghosts consist of 3 storeys and a basement. I kid you not, I fell down a couple of times in there due to the horror.
I wont be a spoiler for this coz you should experience it yourself. Totally WORTH IT.
We spent 9 hours in Fuji-Q-Highland with the awesome rides and attraction and didn’t feel exhausted at all. Right after we went for the dinner around the area and get to the bus terminal heading to Osaka. So yes, we slept in the bus for the night as it takes 11 hours from Kawaguchiko to Osaka.
