Kumamoto has so many places and food for tourists. Wonderful city. I visited the house Lafcadio Hearn and his wife lived in Matsue before. I knew they lived in Kyushu, but I didn’t know where. I like your history lesson. I saw a statue near Nagoya Castle, but I didn’t know who it was. Now I know. Great video! Thank you.
We visited Kumamoto for 2 nights in March 2023 and absolutely loved it. For many many reasons. So therefore I am really looking forward to see your video about it.

I love the castles in Japan and after 5 trips (each for 4 weeks) I have visited several castles. The one in Kumamoto is one of my 3 favorites, besides the castle in Aizu-Wakamatsu in Fukushima-ken and the castle in Okayama, in Okayama-ken.
