I've had mackerel sushi with a slice of kombu kelp on top but not rolled entirely in it, until now
kombu kelp has a satisfying firm crunch and is slightly sweet, aside from the umami you expect

Full kombu wrap is new for me.
Little sweet and crunchy kombu sounds very nice.
Saba with kombu looks very good together.
Do they sell this often in Kanazawa station?
