Curry is popular food in Japanese homes.
I like eating curry with hot soup or salad.

I stew my curry with shallot, potato, onion, carrot, and tofu. It should not look like brown paste. I make my base and stew the veggies with seasoning and spices. I fry my tofu separately and add it later. I then serve mine with rice or udon depending on how I feel. I pair it with a side of edamame or gyoza.

Our curry’s just onions and meat. So I just eat veggies on the side, whatever.
I’m into broccoli 😏 I usually go for avocado and boiled broccoli salad. I keep cooking minimal ‘cause dishes are a pain.

Well I like my thick curry, but I’ve never gone that far 😛 Are you Japanese who has thrown together and plated a meal really fast, or are you a learner who made a really good effort? 😛
