Echizen oroshi soba and yakisaba sushi in Fukui (Amida Soba Fuku No I / Fukunoi)

After a day of sightseeing in dinosaur museum and the dinosaurs in the train station, I had to try some Fukui cuisine for dinner

I went to this soba shop in a mall near the train station. Ordered Echizen Oroshi Soba (which I was told can be eaten either by dipping it in the broth or pouring the broth on the noodles)

equally good is the yakisaba (grilled mackerel) sushi. It was too good i ordered it again.
