Day 2 of my Asia side quest takes me from Tokyo to Osaka on the Shinkansen bullet train during cherry blossom season in Japan. I explored Osaka Castle, went crazy at Kuromon Food Market with wagyu, giant oysters, king crab, matcha, and street food, then headed back to Tokyo.
