RAY Parks Jr. and Francis Lopez ended up even as Osaka Evessa and Nagoya Fighting Eagles split their weekend matchups in the Japan B.League.
Parks powered Osaka to a 91-81 win in their first meeting, finishing with 22 points, six rebounds, and two assists.
But Lopez got the last laugh, erupting for 23 points, three rebounds, and an assist to help knot the series for Nagoya in an 87-73 victory.
Dwight, Levanga win one, lose one
Osaka now sits 10th in the West at 20-32, while Nagoya remains 12th with a 17-35 slate.
In other games, Dwight Ramos and Levanga Hokkaido split their weekend assignments against Nagasaki Velca.
Ramos posted 12 points, seven rebounds, and two assists to steer Hokkaido to a narrow 82-80 win. However, they fell short of a sweep as his 14-point outing went for naught in a narrow 90-89 loss.
Kiefer Ravena and AJ Edu, meanwhile, came away with wins, though both had quiet outings.

Yokohama B-Corsairs fended off Altiri Chiba in both games, with Ravena scoring just four and five points, respectively.
Gunma Crane Thunders also took care of Kawasaki Brave Thunders with an average winning margin of 16.5 points, as Edu averaged 5.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists across the two games.

Elsewhere, Kai Sotto’s strong performances was in vain as Koshigaya Alphas dropped both weekend games against Akita Northern Happinets.
Sotto first tallied 12 points and eight rebounds in a 94-85 loss, before following it up with 17 points and 14 boards in a heartbreaking 87-86 defeat.
