Welcome to my solo travel vlog! 🇯🇵
Today, I took the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Miyagi Prefecture for an epic 1-day adventure.

If you want to experience the “real” local Japan away from the usual tourist crowds, Miyagi is the place to be! From building my own ultimate fresh seafood bowl at a massive local market to exploring a beautiful historic shrine, and ending the day at a Mega Bathhouse (that even has gaming PCs?!), this day trip was packed with surprises!

I also tried some unique local delicacies like “Zunda” (sweet edamame) and even found a crazy seafood capsule toy!
