
Marinate the oysters
- 900g Jumbo Shucked Oysters
- 1 T Sake
- 1 T Soy Sauce
- 1 T Oyster Sauce
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- Bay Leaves
- Olive Oil
Wash oysters with water and salt 3xs
Drain and cook in a pan til the moisture evaporates
Add Sake, Soy sauce, oyster sauce 5 garlic cloves.
Cook till done
Place in a jar and cover with olive oil and a few bay leaves
- 100g Spaghetti
- The Oysters
- 1 Medium Sliced Onion
- Oyster Mushrooms Sliced
- spinach
- 1 t potato starch
- 200ml Soy Milk
- 1 T Sake
- 1 t Dashi Powder
- 1 T Butter
- Lemons for serving
- S&P
Pour some of the oyster oil in a pan
Fry mushrooms and onion, Spinach stems til tender
add butter and potato starch
Add oysters and sake and dashi powder
then add cooked spaghetti and spinach tops
The soy milk salt and pepper
serve with lemon
