They’re just Bugles. They came from the US. Not everything novel came from Japan.

They’re just bugles. I used to eat them in the early 2000s.

The only way to eat these is to put one on the end of each finger – like long claws.
At least – that’s what I’ve heard.

Yum….Bugles!

I just ate these yesterday! I believe they are just rebranded by country and Bugles is the original. I also like Kornets from the Philippines and Kkokkal corn fron Korea which has more variety of flavors.

They look like Bugles which have been around for at least 40 years in the US.

Bugles! In Belgium we eat them with a scoop of [Chavroux](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chavroux) (goat’s cheese) or [Boursin](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boursin_cheese).
Eat them with ice cream, they’re like mini ice cream cones but have a lovely savory/sweet combination.
Witch fingers, yeah you wear them when you have your bubbling cauldron going then when done dip a fingertip in and enjoy.
You have to put them on your fingers and act like you’re a witch.

*”Tongari Corn” is a product created through a technical partnership with General Mills, Inc. of the United States.*
*The original form of Tongari Corn was the American snack “Buggles” ( meaning trumpet or horn), which had a triangular hat-like shape.*

I used to love squirting spray “cheese” into them when I was a kid.
I remember these things, Haidilao gives them out for free
I think the name in most of the world is Bugles. In my country, it’s just Cones.
