TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, April 2. Uzbek
authorities and Japan’s Kyoto Plaza Hotels discussed potential
areas for investment cooperation, Trend reports via the Ministry of Investment,
Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan.
The discussions took place during a meeting between Minister of
Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov and Chairman and CEO
of Kyoto Plaza Yukio Shimizu.
According to the ministry, the sides reviewed the implementation
of an ongoing project in Urgench, as well as a new development
initiative in New Tashkent.
Following the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their interest in
continuing dialogue and expanding practical cooperation in priority
sectors.
Kyoto Plaza Hotels is a prominent Japanese hospitality operator
managing an extensive network of hotels throughout Japan.
