
I know I've made a huge mistake by not allowing you to see the lovely broth I had in that bowl underneath all the ingredients (trust me there was some!) and I've probably committed a cardinal sin by including SCRAMBLED eggs rather than boiled egg but it was my first time making ramen and hopefully you can appreciate how well (in my opinion anyway) the pork belly was cooked and how colourful it all looks.

You boiled the noodles too long
This looks like a homey noodle dish with some pork belly and scrambled eggs. Definitely not ramen though.
How do you pick up the watery scrambled eggs with chopsticks? Just curious. Looks actually delicious.
Looks like all the noodles are chopped up to be eaten with that spoon?
That’s not ramen. That’s a bowl of overcooked, cut noodles and weird crap with no broth. Pork belly looks decent, tho.
