live in Osaka, and this random ramen shop surprised me.

Super simple, but the broth was insanely good.

Honestly better than some famous places.

Would you try this? 🍜

I would try it. Sometimes simpler foods are more satisfying. My favorite part of ramen is the broth; so, as long as the broth is super flavorful, I would be willing to try it.

The broth looks good. How big was that bowl? It looks like I would need double ration if I’m going to eat this πŸ˜†

I think I would pass on the red onions but otherwise? Holy hell I would wreck this

Is this chikumo toripaitan? If so it’s a big chain of chicken ramen. Personally not very good compared to other chicken ramen places, at least in LA

It’s criminal to not also post the address

I love simple ramen and wish more places would focus on a perfect shio or basic chicken broth. It’s underrated. The red onions wouldn’t do it for me though

  7. Yeah. I am not super big ramen fan, so I can enjoy more good bases

Lol, noodles and some raw onions. Someone in Japan could shit in a bowl and y’all would compliment the healthy diet and mouthfeel.

Yes. I think most ramens are too rich and packed with too much stuff. Don’t mind having a meat in there as well but way better than too much stuff and flavor

I’m not sure about raw red onions in the broth, I love onions but it’s a strange topping. But I would try almost any kind of ramen so yes

I’d absolutely try it, but I am honestly a bit confused about the raw onions.
