Japan Walking Tour in Otaru, Hokkaido | Crunching Snow and Breaking Ice Along Route 5 (No Talking)

After leaving Shioya Beach, this walk continues along Route 5 in Otaru, Hokkaido.

Much of the snow on the sidewalk had already melted, but some patches remained.
The crunchy sound of walking on the snow was so satisfying that I intentionally stepped on it.

In some places the snow had hardened into ice.
When stepped on, it cracked with a sharp sound, making the walk even more fun.

Enjoy the relaxing sound of crunchy snow and ice cracking underfoot during this peaceful winter walk.
