Team baked cheesecake!
We usually go AC Premium, but last trip did the same as you.,,,YYZ to YYC to NRT. I totally agree, the Westjet product was better and very enjoyable. The only downside was the short layover in Calgary with long walk between domestic arrival and international departures, and the lounge at YYC was just so-so…but Westjet will likely get my next booking. Worst airline in Canada. AVOID people, they will leave you stranded, steal your money and loose your bags all while giving NO SERVICE> this company is absolute scum since being bought out. BOYCOTT THEFTJET.

Unfortunately, WestJet doesn't go with shell seat design for its premium economy seats. With a shell seat design, people don't bother other passengers behind them when they want to recline their seats.
